Karakas, ‘Workers whose Jobs rated high in Job demands yet low In employee control (as measured by latitude over decisions) reported significantly more exhaustion after work, trouble awakening in the morning, depression, nervousness, anxiety, and insomnia or disturbed sleep than other workers.
